“I will walk with you as a guide to find your own clarity.”
I want my clients to know it is possible to get clarity and confidence even in face of difficult experiences. Sometimes we all need support to get there.
We’ll start with where you are. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and I’m here to help you understand and untangle the patterns in your life which no longer serve you, explore new ways that can help you break the cycle you’re stuck in, and discover how to flow with what comes your way in life.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in people and what makes us do the things we do. My curiosity and intrigue led me to an ongoing journey that began in middle school when I decided to seek therapy for myself. My purpose since taking that step has been to understand and fully accept the circumstances that once shaped who I became and to not let difficult experiences define me.
Yoga and meditation have been an important part of my journey.
Through yoga and meditation I experienced improved confidence, skills to ground to the present moment, and increased self awareness. My experience has taught me just how connected the mind and body are.
Academically, I wanted to learn more about the interconnection between mind and body and ground my approach in a theory that considers the whole person – mind, body, past, present, and context.
I believe self-awareness is a powerful tool for change and healing and is best sought by looking at the entirety of a person’s experience.
Our behavior is influenced by our thoughts, sensations, emotions, intuition, spiritual experiences and beliefs, and our connections with other people. Gaining understanding of our own behavior and having the willingness to modify behavior which no longer serves us can ultimately help us heal and transform.
